Merge documents by Windows right-click context menu Note: When your mouse is hovering over the pages down or up in the navigation panel, the pages will scroll down or up so that you can locate a desired place to drop your extracted pages. Now, you are in the a.pdf document screen, move your cursor to the navigation panel, locate a position and release your mouse. You will notice your current tab is automatically switched to a.pdf. Open Pages navigation panel, click to select a page or press "ctrl+ mouse click" to select multi-pages, drag and move your cursor to the tab name as a.pdf that you want to merge pages into (hold your mouse). Open the other PDF document where you want to extract pages from. In the current opened document, for example say a.pdf, open Pages navigation panel.
